We only collect data you provide yourself through the contact form, by e-mail or phone — exclusively to process your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Use and storage

Your data is used only to process your enquiry. We do not sell it to third parties and do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

Retention

We keep data as long as it is required to process the enquiry and in any case for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact — unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Requests can be sent to info@fhm.ba.
